1. Who can use ByRequest. You must be 18 or older and allowed to use adult services where you live. Buyers confirm their age once with our verification partner before they pay or open their vault. Creators verify their identity and age before their first offer.

2. Who we are and what ByRequest is. ByRequest is run by ByRequest LLC, a limited liability company under the laws of Delaware, United States. It is a marketplace where a buyer posts a request with a budget and creators who choose to respond make an offer. Nobody is obliged to respond or to accept. ByRequest is the seller of the service for VAT purposes and the contact point for buyers.

3. Only online. ByRequest is for content delivered online. Meeting in person, offering or asking for sexual services in person, paying outside ByRequest and sharing contact details are not allowed. Doing so ends the protection of review, refund and support.

4. Prices and payment. Prices are shown with VAT included. The buyer pays through our payment partner, who holds the money until delivery. The creator is paid after the delivery has passed review and the objection window, or earlier when the buyer releases it. The charge appears as BRQ DIGITAL.

5. Right of withdrawal. Content is made to order and delivered digitally. When you accept an offer you ask the creator to start at once and you acknowledge that you lose the 14 day right of withdrawal once the content is delivered to your vault. Your rights when a delivery does not match the offer stay intact.

6. Prohibited. Content involving minors or anyone presented as a minor, anyone who has not consented, non consensual or illegal acts, real or simulated violence, incest, bestiality, intoxication, or anything that breaks the law or card network rules. Pressuring, exploiting or controlling another person is forbidden and is reported to the police.

7. Objections. A buyer can object within 24 hours after the content is available. A person compares the file with the accepted offer. If it does not match, the buyer is refunded in full. If it matches, the creator is paid. A single objection never closes an account; repeated bad faith can.

8. Reports. Anyone can report a profile, request, chat or content at /report, with or without an account. Suspected exploitation, human trafficking or a minor is passed to the police without delay. Anyone who appears in content can ask for removal at /removal.

9. Measures and appeals. If we restrict content or an account, you get a statement of reasons: what we decided, why, how far it reaches and whether it was automated. You can appeal in the app; a person who did not take the first decision reviews it. You can also go to a certified out of court dispute settlement body or to court.

10. Limits of protection. Download and forwarding are disabled and every view carries a visible and an invisible watermark, but no technology can fully prevent copying, for example by filming a screen.

11. Contact. Authorities, users and organisations can reach our point of contact at /legal/contact.

12. Changes. We announce changes in advance. Material changes need your renewed acceptance.
